Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read our return policy carefully.

Returns:
- Eligible only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products
- Must be requested within 3 days of delivery
- Product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

Non-Returnable Items:
- Opened products
- Products damaged after delivery
- Free samples or promotional items
- Products missing original packaging

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process a refund within 7–10 business days, upon qualification.
